The study sought to identify some factors which affect faculty-librarian relationship, the extent of their influence, and to use this information to improve library services. The focus of the research was on the basic idea to discover the relative importance of the factors on the level of faculty-librarian relationship. Five hypotheses were tested: 1) There is no significant effect of the level of educational preparation of faculty and librarians on the level of their relationships, 2) There is no significant effect of the length of work experience of faculty and librarians on the level of their relationship, 3) There is no significant effect of the extent of faculty utilization of the library on the level of faculty-librarian relationship, 4) There is no significant effect of the degree of adequacy of library service on the level of faculty-librarian relationship, 5) There is no significant effect of the level of personal interaction between faculty and librarians on the level of their relationship.
